苏州城市社会空间分异研究——基于苏州市第六次人口普查数据的分析

空间分异是城市经济发展到一定阶段的产物，是城市居民由于不同的经济、文化和社会交往而导致的空间分离现象。基于苏州市第六次人口普查资料，以分异指数和本地化系数分析苏州城市社会空间分异。结论显示苏州市社会分异相比北京、上海等大城市更严重，人口特征指标分异程度高，受教育指标中研究生学历以上分异明显，行业指标中科研行业和计算机软件行业分异程度高，住房因子分异也较明显。苏州城市社会的空间分异是苏州外向型经济的发展、开发区建设、户籍制度、住房制度和土地制度改革以及行政区划调整等方面因素造成的。

Study on the socio spatial differentiation in Suzhou: Data analysisbased on the sixth National Population Census

As a product of urban development to a certain stage, spatial differentiation is the spatial separation of urban residents due to different economic, cultural and social interaction. Based on the Sixth Population Census data of Suzhou in 2010, this paper analyzes urban social spatial differentiation based on differentiation index and localization index. The results reveal the degree of social differentiation in Suzhou is higher than in those big cities, such as Beijing and Shanghai. And there is high differentiation in demographic characteristic indicators, obvious differentiation of residents with master or higher degrees in education indicators, high differentiation of research industry and computer software industry in industry indicators, and obvious differentiation in housing indicators. The export oriented economy, development zone construction, household registration system, reform of the housing system and the land system and the adjustment of administrative division are the factors that result in the socio spatial differentiation in Suzhou in recent years.
