现代工程教育与工科女大学生的发展

在现代工程教育背景下．女性的加入能够促进工程教育的完善与提高。但是由于受到社会性别偏见和教育体制的影响，工科女大学生在工程教育发展中还面临诸如人数少、就业难、发展慢的问题。目前，在传统观念难以彻底改变的情况下，通过使女性更多地了解工程和使工程更有吸引力两种途径可促进工科女大学生在工程教育中发展。

Modern Engineering Education and Development of Female Engineering Students

Under the modern engineering education background,more and more women's participation could improve and enhance engineering education.But because of gender socialization and education systems,female engineering students in higher education face more difficulties,such as the small population,getting employed difficultly,and problems of slow development.In order to promote female development in engineering education,it is proposed to enable women to learn more about the engineering and to make the engineering education more attractive when the traditional ideas is difficult to change thoroughly at the present.
