试论俄军武器装备现代化

普京担任总统后,俄罗斯一直高度重视军队武器装备现代化建设,并为其提供了多方有力保障。至2006年,作为俄军2020年前武器装备基础的新型武器已基本研制出来并有一部分已经列装,俄军将从2007年开始进入大规模换装的关键时期。在军队武器装备现代化方面,俄罗斯以提高武器装备的质量和战斗性能为中心,优先发展对国家安全和未来战争进程具有战略决定意义的武器装备,同时兼顾常规武器装备的均衡发展。

A Discussion of the Modernization of Russian Weaponry

Since Vladimir Putin became the President of Russia,Russia has been attaching much importance to the modernization of weaponry.By 2006,new weapons,as the basis of Russian weaponry before 2020,have already been developed and produced,part of which have been used by the army.The year 2007 marks the beginning of the critical moment of Russian troops' massive weaponry replacement.As to the modernization of weaponry,Russia focuses on improvement of quality and fighting capability of weaponry,and it lays much emphasis on weapons and equipments which have decisive significance for the security of the country and for the future war.At the same time,it gives attention to the balanced development of conventional weapons.
