西汉时期西部开发述论

西汉时期基本上具备了开发地方经济的条件,成为历史上中国西部开发的一个重要时期。在西汉“弛山泽之禁”、“如粟拜爵”、屯田林垦等政策的引导下,促成了地方开发、诸侯开发、商人豪强开发等多种形式。开发的成效显著,培育出了经济中心、调整了产业结构,促进经济发展、阶级结构发生变化。但也造成了西部自然资源的巨大耗费和导致灾害频繁等不利影响。
