中国社会转型与社会管理方式创新研究

摘    要:中国的社会转型远远滞后于经济的转型,社会发展与经济发展的脱节所产生的问题不断加剧,传统的社会管理体制已越来越不能适应社会、经济协调发展的要求,加快社会管理方式创势在必行。当今社会管理方式创新应包含以下内容:打破行政垄断,使社会管理主体由一元化向多元化转变;整合社会管理手段,使社会管理方式由单一僵化向灵活化转变;进一步开放信息,使社会管理方式由封闭转向开放;推进民主建设,使社会管理方式由强制干预转向沟通协调;加强媒体建设,使社会管理方式由指挥命令转为积极引导。

The Study on China's Social Transition and The Innovation of It's Social Management Modes

Abstract:As China's social transition is far behind its economic transition,lots of the serious social problems are appearing and escalating.China's traditional social management modes can not meet the requirements of the coordinating development of its society and economy.It's imperative for Chinese Government to accelerate the innovation of its social management modes.At present,the innovation of social management modes is as follows: to break the monopoly of administration and diversify the social management modes;to integrate the social management methods and make the social management modes flexible;to fortify the release of information and make the social management modes open;to advance the building of democracy and focus on coordinating instead of strong interference;to enforce the building of mass media and focus on active directing instead of just giving orders.
