日本大阪市社会教育发展与启示

摘    要:日本大阪市的社会教育在经历了50多年的发展后,进入一个崭新的发展阶段,形成独具特色的三重“学习场”和终身学习网络格局。它对于发展城市经济、增强城市的竞争力和提高市民综合素质,产生积极的作用。分析考察大阪社会教育的历史、现状和未来,吸取其成功的经验,将对上海乃至全国的社区教育发展提供借鉴和启示。

Abstract:The social education of Osaka, Japan, after a 50-year period of development, has stepped into a new stage, featured by a unique structure composed of three "study fields" and lifetime study. The structure plays an active part in developing the city's economy, strengthening its competitive power and enhancing the comprehensive quality of citizens. It is necessary for Shanghai's, even the country's community education to analyze the past, present and future of Osaka's social education and draw on its successful experience.
