摘    要:本科生导师制作为一种独特的育人模式在我国高校多有试行。在高等学校实施本科生导师制对实施因材施教、开展教书育人、完善学分制改革、促进教学与研究相结合、培养精英人才等方面有重要作用。

Abstract:The undergraduate tutorial system has been tried out as a particular training pattern in many colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the important functions of the system;it helps teach students in accordance with their aptitude,impart knowledge and educate people,perfect the reform of credit system,promote the combination of teaching and research,and cultivate the pick of people.
