Accelerating the Construction of the Rural Party Organization in the Minority Area under the Scientific Concept of Development

The Scientific Concept of Development is in accordance with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaop-ing Theory and Three Represents Theory and also advances with the times.It is the very important guidelines to the development of our economy and society, and also the very grand stratagem we should insist on when developing the socialism with Chinese characteristic.In this new historic time, we should be instructed by the Scientific Concept of Development, accelerate the construction of the rural Party Organization in the minority area and provide strong organization guarantee to constructe new county in the minority area for harmonious socialism society.
