| 摘 要： | 对西安市1982年以来信息经济的发展程度进行了定量测度，对其未来发展的可能趋势进行了预测，并据此进一步对西安市与全国和某些省、市，以及与发达国家信息经济发展的程度进行了比较，同时还对如何加速西安市信息经济的发展提出了若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts a quantitative measure on the developing degree of the information economy in Xi'an from 1982 up to now and predicts the possible trend for the future development. On these grounds, it compares the development degree of information economy in Xi'an with that in China's certain provinces and cities as well as in the developed countries. Then it puts forward certain countermeasures on how to develop the information economy in Xi'an. |
