各地区省域经济综合开放程度的测定

 内容提要：省域经济的开放实质是由国际开放、省际开放、省内开放构成的三重开放。本文利用外贸依存度等反映三重开放的20项指标对我国各地区开放程度进行测算，结果表明，各地区省域经济开放程度不仅整体水平低、相差悬殊，而且具有明显的梯度分布和先对内再对外开放的特征。

Measurement on the Comprehensive Opening-up Level of Regions and Provinces' Economy

The essence of opening-up economy in provinces is triple opening up including international opening up,provincial opening up and inner opening up of province.This paper uses twenty indices which can reflect the extent of triple opening-up just like degree of dependence upon foreign trade to measure the level of opening-up in each region.The results indicate that the level of opening-up is not only in a low level and a large gap in different areas,but also has an obvious feature of gradient distribution and open up from external to internal.
