农村社会分化进程和变迁趋向分析——苏中10村调查

农村社会结构变迁正表现出阶段性质变的特征,突出表现在务农劳动力的加速减少和非农就业异地转移的增加,农户城市化倾向增强和土地保障功能凸现导致的兼业经营的普遍性、长期性,以及村庄社区之间发展的异质性和非均衡性。这种分化很大程度上取决于农民进入市场之初的产品选择,并且正以自我增强的趋势进一步发展着,一种全新的农村社会形态正在生成之中。政府各项政策的施行都必须主动顺应和推进这种质变的发生,推动农村社会的重构。

An Analysis of the Transforming Trend in Rural Areas

The transforming social structure in rural areas is experiencing qualitative change,which is especially manifested in the quickened decrease in farming labor force,the increase of migrant workers,the buildup in the trend of farmers' being urbanized,and the heterogeneity and unbalancedness in the development of villages and communities.A brand-new rural social modality is being created.Every government policy must take the initiative to adapt to and boost the change so as to advance the social restructuring in rural areas.
