中国物流业发展的现状、问题与趋势

经过改革开放以来40年的持续快速发展,中国已经成为有全球影响力的物流大国和全球最大的物流市场。中国物流业规模虽大,但绩效并不理想。大而不强、全球连接能力弱、现代化程度不高,物流成本偏高、质量效益不佳,中高端、体系化、集约式物流服务与供应链服务等严重不足,传统运作模式难以为继等问题突出。"十三五"及未来更长时期,中国的工业化、信息化、市场化、城镇化、全球化、绿色化进程将深入推进,物流业发展的需求、技术供给、制度、资源环境以及国际格局会发生重大变化,要求中国物流业朝着安全、高效、便利、自动化、信息化、数字化、网络化、智能化、精细化、绿色化、全球化等方向发展。

China's Logistics Industry:Its Current Situation,Problems and Future Trend

Forty years of sustained and rapid development after reform and opening up has turned China into a logistics power with global influence as well as the largest logistics market in the world.However,the performance of China's logistics industry is not so satisfactory despite its huge scale.Prominent problems as follows emerge:the industry is of large scale but rather weak,the global connectivity ability is weak,the modernization degree is still low,the logistics cost is relatively high,the quality and efficiency is not good,high-end,systematized,intensive logistics services and supply chain services is scarce,and the traditional mode of operation cannot be sustained.During The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan and the longer term to come,China will firmly push forward industrialization,informatization,marketization,urbanization,globalization,and greenization,accordingly,great changes will take place in the demand for the development of logistics industry,technology supply,system,resource environment as well as international pattern,calling for the development of China's logistics industry toward safety,high efficiency,automatization,informatization,digitalization,networking,intellectualization,refinement,greenization,and globalization.
