| 摘 要： | 水产品安全事关国计民生,纵观近年发生的水产品安全事件,其根源在于水产品生产水域被污染、水产品生产存在安全隐患、人为故意或非故意行为和监管部门责权不清与监管不力。对应提出防控对策：把好养殖用水第一关,推行健康的水产品生产模式,严惩危害水产品安全的不法行为,监管部门实施有效监管。
