| 摘 要： | 利用AIDS模型对辽宁省城乡居民动物性食物需求进行了分析研究发现,随着收入的增加,城镇居民增加较多的禽肉和水产品消费,而农村居民更倾向消费较多的禽肉和蛋类;家庭规模增加使城镇居民倾向消费更多的牛羊肉,而农村居民倾向消费更多的禽肉;城市化水平的提高使农村居民增加了牛羊肉、禽肉、蛋类、水产品的消费,减少猪肉的消费。
