| 摘 要： | 将养猪业视作一个由饲料产业,仔猪饲养,生猪养殖屠宰以及猪肉的销售等环节构成的产业链,把养猪业上中下游产品定义为玉米,仔猪,生猪,猪肉,即玉米价格和仔猪价格为养猪业上游产品价格,生猪价格为养猪业中游产品价格,猪肉价格为养猪业下游产品价格。从价格变异率的角度,重点研究了养猪业上中下游产品价格波动幅度的变化规律,探究了影响养猪产业链价格稳定的重要产品。通过对2000～2009十年间的养猪业上中下游产品价格的统计描述分析、价格波动测度分析得出了影响养猪业价格稳定的关键因素,即仔猪和生猪价格。
