关于构建三网融合的思考

2010年初国务院提出加快推进三网融合构建,使三网融合步入正式启动阶段。我国电子信息产品的消费规模满足了三网构建的市场需求,而大力发展信息文化产业和服务业又使三网融合成为必然。目前,恶性竞争成为三网融合的一大阻碍,作为国家信息发展战略,必须明确三网融合最终目的应是满足人民的精神文化需求。立法监管机制的建立成为融合的保障,开辟适合消费市场需求的产业内容成为融合的依托。
