| 摘 要： | 本文对数字档案资源建设的过程,首次概括为两个途径和三个关键环节。两个途径是:办公自动化条件下形成的电子文件直接转化而来的数字档案资源和馆藏档案数字化后形成的数字档案;三个关键环节是:技术环节、管理环节和理论环节。

| Abstract: | In the process of the construction of digital Archi ve s resources, this article for the first time summarizes that there exist two cha nnels and three key links. The channels are the digital files recorded under the condition of official business automation, and directly turned to digital archi ves resources, and the digital archives recorded after digitalization of the arc hives kept by the archives office. The three key links are technical links, mana gement links and theoretical link. |
