| 摘 要： | 通过对银川市八零后回族农民工进行问卷调查,发现他们依旧认同自己的农民身份,八零后回族农民工对城市抱有既排斥又向往的矛盾心理。在城市化进程加速,社会阶层流动频繁的历史背景下,大力提高回族农民工的综合素质,加速社会保障、户籍和土地制度等涉及民生的改革,是促进八零后回族农民工对其身份正确认同的必然选择。
