浅论驻村工作对三农应战WTO的积极作用

加入WTO对我国社会经济发展将带来重大影响 ,长远看肯定有利 ,短期看则对某些行业诸如农业带来冲击。如何积极地应对WTO对三农带来的挑战 ,就成为作为农业大省的河南省的决策者们重点关注的问题。与时俱进 ,审时度势 ,省委省政府作出了抽调机关干部进驻农村帮助工作的重大举措。实践证明 ,这对三农应战WTO起到了积极作用。本文从五个方面对此进行了简要分析。

Elementary Views on Village - resident - team's Positive Role in Confronfation with the Challenge of WTO to China's "Agriculture, Country side and Farmers"

China's entry into WTO will bring about great influence on the development of Chinese society and economy. From a long-term point of view, it is bound to be benefitial, but it will also bring about short-term negative influence on such industries as agriculture. How to positively accept the challenge of WTO is a problem worth special concern for decision-makers of Henan Provice, the largest agricultural province. Judging the situation, and keeping pace with times, the Provincial Committee and Government adopt such a policy-decision to dispatch some government officials to the countryside. It has proved that it does play a positive role in accepting the challenge of WTO, In this paper, this policy is analyzed from five aspects.
