| Abstract: | Damage claims and counter-claims are ways for enterprises and proprietors to maintain their respective legitimate interests.After China's WTO entry,there will be various kinds of challenges in the construction in dustry and the laws in this field will be more perfect in China.Both the contracting partners should obey the game rules,the forcible regulations in the national laws as well as the international Fiedike Provisions and contract requirements. |
