基础教育改革30年:话语多元与范式一统

摘    要:从基础教育改革的话语主张来看,30年的基础教育改革可分为前后两个阶段:第一阶段是话语多元阶段,基础教育改革在自主探索中实现了多元发展;第二阶段是范式一统阶段,基础教育改革在素质教育理念的引领下逐步推进,形成了多样化统一的格局。论文通过对改革开放30年来基础教育话语发展脉络的梳理,探讨了多元教育话语之间的逻辑关系,提出"和而不同"是基础教育改革未来发展的必然取向。

Abstract:Basic education reforms in recent 30 years can be divided into two phases based on the discourse views.Discourse diversity is the characteristics of the first stage.Basic education reforms achieved pluralistic development by self-exploring in the stage.Paradigm unity is the characteristics of the second stage.In this stage,basic education reforms have formed a pluralistic unity pattern along with the gradually implementing under the guidance of the theory of quality education.On the basis of summarizing the development clue of the basic education discourse in recent 30 years,this article discusses the logical-relation of the pluralistic education discourse and proposes that "harmony in diversity" is the inevitable choice of the further developing of basic education reforms.
