新媒体与文化发展的困境及路径思考

从文化层面考察，新媒体作为文化传播的现代媒介和意义生产形式，催生了一系列新的文化形态。但是在全球化的推动下，文化多样性已经成为一种无法发生作用的文化内核，以及滑动在社会文化表层的文化现象，沦为一种炫目的表象，造成文化“同质化”；同时，逻各斯主义的重中心、意义的逻辑在后现代浪潮中被解构，主体被失散在新媒体各处，甚至迷失的弊端日趋突显。除此，诸如浅层阅读带来的理性缺席、在娱乐消费中意志消沉等皆成为突出的问题。因此，要最大化地避免新媒体对文化的负面效应，最重要的路径莫过于重建主体，而文化多元主义无疑为主体重建提供了制度保障。
