| 摘 要： | 文章论述了城市社区的基本含义,分析了在转型期的时代背景下,社区发育对我国城市治理的重要意义,分析了当今社会条件下不同类型的社区和城市治理之间的关系,并对通过促进社区发育解决城市治理当中的问题给出了对策建议。
