| Abstract: | This article elaborates the interaction on the development of Chinese-Japanese laws in history and its consequences from the angle of comparative law,and deems that the interaction of Chinese-Japanese laws helps us to reflect on modernization's course of Chinese-Japanese laws and provides a new angle for our legal construction. |
