| 摘 要： | 在新的历史形势下，传统的期刊编辑工作模式正在不断受到挑战。广大的期刊编辑工作者都面临着一个素质转型问题。其中，由知识型的内向素质向信息型的外向素质转化，是新形势下期刊编辑素质转型的核心问题；增强期刊编辑自身的创造性，是新形势下期刊编辑转型的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Under the new historical circumstances, the traditional ways of periodicals editing have met more challenges than ever before. Nowadays, lots of periodical editors encounter the problem of transforming their quality. The key to this problem is to change themselves from the introversive knowledge-typed editors to the extroversive well-informed ones. And besides, it is also of great significance for the present-day editors to develop their creativity. |
