摘    要:现代教育是提高人的全面素质的活动,因而,现代教师职业的复杂性与创造性也以前所未有的高度,要求教师有充实的现代教育理念、能树立正确的学生观、也有强化的教育信念。鉴于现代教师角色期望的多样性、教师期望值过大并追求完美主义、还有教师评价体系的有待完善,均可产生职业压力冲突;教师必须面对现实进行正确深刻的自我认知,促进人际关系和谐、塑造健全人格,才能提高心理素质,增强教师角色责任,以不断的创新精神推动素质教育。

Abstract:The paper analyses the complicatedness and creativity of present-day teachers' profession,as well as the profession pressure that the diversity of teachers' role expectations may bring to teachers.On this basis,it puts forward some specific measures to upgrade teachers' psychological quality and promote their role responsibilities.The author holds that only thus can teachers meet the demands of profession development,and push forward quality-oriented education in the spirit of innovation.
