| 摘 要： | 企业是盈利性组织,其出发点和归宿是获利.如何达到企业股东财富最大化的财务目标,从而使企业得以生存、发展,这对企业来说是至关重要的.笔者通过对嵊州市6家维修企业及15家领带服装企业的深入调研,就当前企业财务管理中存在的几个问题结合嵊州市企业的实际情况进行具体分析,并提出相应的对策和措施,从而使企业财务管理在企业经营中具有更强的可操作性,促进企业整体管理水平的提高.

| Abstract: | An enterprise is an organization oriented towards making profits,which is not only where an enterprise starts with but also where it end up with.How to have shareholders of the enterprise gain maximally? Six services and 15 tie clothing enterprises in Shengzhou were investigated.It was found that some of them have difficulties in handling their finance.On the basis of the investigation,some suggestions or advice were proposed so as to make an enterprise's finance more manageable. |
