社会保险产生的制度嵌入性分析——德国与英国比较的视角

社会保险是工业化时代的产物。为什么社会保险没能诞生在当时工业化最发达的英国，而是意外选择了经济上远远落后于英国的德国呢？本文运用制度主义的嵌入理论对此进行了分析，认为社会保险历史选择德国而不是英国作为诞生地，是有着内在的必然性的。是德国经济、政治、思想、社会条件与社会保险制度契合的必然结果。在此基础上，提出了对我国完善社会保险制度的启示。

Analysis of Embedded System of Social Insurance:Comparison of Germany and Britain
