| 摘 要： | 在非核心期刊的高校学报作者队伍中,相当一部分是硕士研究生。针对这种状况,非核心高校学报应该针对自己的稿源情况,一方面采取多种策略和措施吸引专家学者的优质稿件,另一方面要下功夫热情扶持青年教师,重点培养研究生作者的学术写作能力,积极搭建大学生自主创新成果交流平台,努力促进学术道德的建设,在培养科研人才后备力量方面发挥自己应有的作用。

| Abstract: | A fairly large number of contributors who contribute to non-core university journals are graduate students.For this,on the one hand,non-core university journals should adopt all kinds of strategies and measures to attract experts and scholars’ high-graded contributions,and on the other hand,to strive to warmly support young college teachers in paper publishing,train graduate students’ ability to write article,set up actively exchange stages for college students’ fruits of self-dependent innovation,attempt to promote academic morality building,and play its due part in training the reserved scientific talents. |
