贸易保护主义的社会规制国际化分析

近年来,披着环保、健康、卫生、安全等形形色色外衣的新贸易壁垒正在成为发达国家贸易保护主义的新宠。这些新贸易壁垒起源于社会规则,是将国内社会规制拓展到国际贸易中,被称为社会规则国际化。中国加入WTO以后,与社会规制国际化相伴而生的技术性贸易壁垒和社会责任壁垒对我国对外贸易的影响日益扩大。面对社会规制国际化的现实,我国要采取措施积极应对,跨越贸易壁垒,全面提高出口产品的国际竞争力。

Analysis on International Social Regulation of Trade Protectionism

In recent years,new trade barriers covered with environmental protection,health,security and other forms now become new favorite of protective trade policy of developed countries.These new trade barriers arise from social regulation,which is formed by bringing national social regulations to international trade.So it is called international social regulation.After China entered WTO,technological trade-barrier and social responsibility barrier accompanied with the international social regulation play more and more important role in China's foreign trade.Confronting with reality of international social regulation,China should take positive action to overstep trade barriers and overall improve international competitiveness of export products.
