数字图书馆个性化信息服务研究

网络化、信息化时代的到来,使图书馆信息服务方式发生了变化。个性化读者服务模式已经提出,并逐步形成。个性化信息服务是指据用户的信息需求,利用现代信息技术、数字化信息资源,主动向用户提供具有针对性的能满足用户个性化信息需要的信息和服务。目前存在着许多个性化服务模式,它们以各种思路实现不同的个性化服务,依据所依赖和采用的技术,个性化信息服务主要有信息推送服务、内容定制服务、信息推荐服务、建立特色数据库、信息检索服务等几种模式。个性化信息服务对数字图书馆的建设和发展具有重要的意义,为数字图书馆提高服务质量及资源有效利用提供了契机。

A Study on Individualized Information Service in Digitalized Libraries

With the arrival of the network and information age,libraries' way of information service has witnessed a great change.Libraries begin to emphasize individualized readers' service.Individualized information service aims to make use of modern information technology and digitalized information resources and actively provide services that cater to every client's demands.Now there exist a series of individualized service modes which offer services in light of different principles.From the perspective of the technologies they adopt,individualized services include information offering service,content designating service,information recommending service,setting up particular data base,and information tracing.Individualized information service is of great significance to the construction and development of digitalized libraries and can provide good opportunities for libraries to upgrade service quality and resources utilization.
