Tentative Studies on the Informal Groups Involved in the Higher Educational Activities in the Local University

The informal groups in local university is one of the most important parts of higher educational studies. They are objectively existent, and the formal groups rely on them. There is necessity for the existence of the informal groups, and they have their own types and characteristics. The functioning of these informal groups is directly related to the exterior environment. In administration of these informal groups, we should offer them guidance and enforce the interaction between the university and them; we ought to have in integral plan for them; we should make sure that they have qualified research staff in different ages; and we should be of service to them in higher educational studies.
