Analysis on the provincial industrial operation in the half past year and suggustion

Prvincial industrial performance is quite well in the last half year. There am still same problems in the provincial economic development. Under the internal and external influence of economy, we shuold pay more attention to following aspects: readjustment and upgrading of Industrial structure, cultivating and developing the local capital market, preparing for entry of WTO, strategicly restructuring the state - own enterprises, strengthening the cooperation with Russia on trade and technology. The provincial government should attach great importance to the social stabilization.
