有序民主化:论政党在中国政治发展中的重要作用

政党是推动现代政治发展的重要力量。基于现代化的发展,中国政治发展走上了建设以社会主义民主共和国为政治形式的现代国家的道路。社会主义民主的性质决定了这种政治发展需要中国共产党的有效领导;而在中国这样超大规模的社会,党要有效领导中国政治发展,就需要有一个合理的政治发展战略。经过上百年的民主化探索和实践,中国共产党在中国开辟了有序民主化的发展道路。改革的实践证明,这条道路是正确的,应该长期坚持。在新的历史条件下,中国共产党要在有序民主化的基础上有效推进中国社会主义民主的成长,就必须积极地将党内民主与人民民主有机结合,从而在政治上为社会主义民主和社会主义政治文明建设提供长效动力。

Orderly Democratization: On the Important Role of Political Parties in China's Political Development

Political parties are the major force to modernize the political development. Based on its modernization, China's political development has been on its way to build a modern nation with the socialist democratic republic as its political form. The nature of a socialist democracy determines that China's political development needs the efficient leadership of the Communist Party. And the Party leading such a large society requires a reasonable strategy in directing China's political development. With over a-hundred-year's exploration and experiences of democratization, China's Communist Pasty (CPC) has started a journey to orderly democratization. The reform in China has proved that we are in the right direction, along which we should follow for a long time. Under the new context, in order to effectively promote the Chinese socialist democratization on the basis of orderly democratization, CPC should integrate the democracy within the Party with the social democracy in China. Thus, CPC could provide a long-lasting and efficient driving force politically for the socialist democracy and socialist political civilization.
