| Abstract: | The world has entered into the 21st century.In order to bring up talents of high quality,higher institutions must reform education intensely.By means of theoretical exploration and practical test in system of market economy the best location is the system of running schools on the ECR combination base,which is bringing up talents of applied type.Because of that this system has been provided with new management and various operation systems which can embody the characters of running schools on the ECR combination base.For example:"board of directors","sanmingzhi",etc. |
