论现代社会的秩序问题

随着经济全球化与我国市场化的纵深推进 ,自由秩序问题凸显为当代哲学、特别是当代政治哲学的基本问题 ,构成社会理论研究的重要问题域。本文在分析社会秩序的本质、特征、类型及转型的基础上 ,揭示出自由秩序难题的诸面向 ,提出当代社会三大秩序难题 :(1 )在自由的条件下社会秩序何以可能 ;(2 )在自由价值存在冲突情况下如何克服“外部性” ;(3)如何克服秩序的“冷化”及其对自由的威胁。对这三大难题的理论研究和实践探索 ,将构成中国社会发展的关键性前提

A study on order problem in modern society

Along with economical globalization and development of economical reformation in China, the problem of liberal order have protruded and become a fundamental problem in modern political philosophy and social theory. Based on the analysis of essence, characteristic, type and transformation in social order, the author suggests the various dimensions of liberal order problem that have been confronted in modern society. There are three difficult problems of social order in modern society. Firstly, how it is possible for social order on condition of modern society? Secondly, if there is any conflict among the values of liberty, how to overcome externality? Thirdly, how to resolve rigidity of social order that threaten liberty? Academic research and practical explosion to the three difficult problems is becoming the key for development of Chinese society.
