收入分配平均化不良后果微观分析

摘    要:固定的工资制、奖金的平均分配方式是国有企业的主要分配制度。这种分配制度严重影响企业职工劳动积极性和企业发展。利用个人效用函数,可以从微观上分析要素市场上理性的劳动者的劳动供给行为受个人效用的影响;可以分析收入分配市场化无情地阻碍个人效用的实现,从而扭曲劳动者的劳动供给行为以及报酬刺激的局限性和竞争约束劳动供给行为的作用。

Abstract:The fix wage and average distribution of bonuses is main system of distribution in national enterprise. The system has affected worker's enthusiasm of labour and economic development of enterprise. Using personal utility funclion, on microcosm the paper analysed how rational worker's behaviours of the supply of labour was affected by personal utility, how the personal utility was so ruthlessly obostructed by the average of distribution that had changed worker's behaviours, and limilation of the stimulation of reward and action of the contending control worker's behaviours.
