| 摘 要： | 如何既全面又高效地向全体社会成员提供福利服务是目前困扰我国民政部门的一个难题,社会福利提供主体多元化为我们解决该难题提供了思路,符合我国提出的"社会福利社会化"的改革目标.本文主要探讨了社会福利提供主体多元化在我国产生的原因、内在动力、现实意义和作用,以及政府如何来推动这种多元化的发展.

| Abstract: | How overall and efficiently to provide the welfare to social member of all is a hard nut to perplexs the domestic affairs section in our country currently,the diversified main body for social welfare providers provides the way of thinking for us to solve that hard nut,matching the reform target for "social welfare socialization" that the government put forwards.This article mainly inquiries into the social welfare to provide the corpus diversification in our country output reason,inside motive,realistic meaning and functions,and government how to push the development of this kind of diversification. |
