关于我国贫富差距问题的冷思考

造成我国贫富差距拉大的成因,既有历史的原因,又有现实的原因;既有合理的成因,又有不合理的成因。未来很长一段时期内,我国的贫富差距仍将呈拉大趋势;文章提出,要充分认识贫富差距拉大的正效应,走出贫富差距的扩大"绝对不利于社会公平"、"必然导致基尼系数的升高"的认识误区;最后,提出了延缓我国基尼系数上升趋势的三大对策。

Sober Thought of the Gap between the Rich and the Poor in Our Country

The reason for aggravating the gap between the rich and the poor are manifold. Some are historical; others are present; still others are reasonable;yet others are unreasonable.In a long period from now,the gap will continue to be widened.In the author's opinion people should realize the advantages of widening the gap,and it is incorrect to reckon that widening the gap between rich and poor is prejudicial for equity in society,or it inevitably causes Gini Coefficient's rising.Finally,the author advances three countermeasures to delay the rising of Gini Coefficient in our country.
