本科人才培养模式的国际比较与反思

摘    要:本科教育的人才培养模式决定着一个国家人才培养的质量。作为后发国家代表的日本在人才培养模式中对个性和创造性的崇尚,当前高等教育最具话语权的美国对于生活适应的追求,让我们反思我国人才培养模式的变革,就我国人才培养目标的内涵、教育体制、教学方法、与基础教育的关系方面的不足做出应对。

Abstract:Undergraduate education is the main body of higher education.The talent cultivating modes of undergraduate education determine the talent cultivating quality in a country.How to cultivate the most needed and suitable talent is a project going on in every country.As the representation country of the later comers surpassed the formers,Japan emphasizes individuality and creativity.The higher education is comparatively advanced in America,which pursues education for the living.So we must reflect on the reform of the talent cultivating modes in China,and try to deal with the deficiency of education system,teaching method,the connotation of the aim of talent cultivation,and relationship to basic education.
