| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of the advancement of a nation,and it is the inexhaustible motive force of the development of a country.The author discusses approaches to the cultivation of the innovative drive.In the discussion,it is emphasized to create an environment in which innovation is encouraged and promoted and to improve compulsory education,college education and high vocational education. |
