经济欠发达地区农民增收问题——闽东地区农民增收调研的思考

通过对闽东地区农民增收问题的分析 ,认为经济欠发达地区农民增收困难 ,既有全国农产品供求变化、价格下降的因素 ,又有农业、农村结构不适应市场经济发展及城市化滞后等自身因素。解决农民增收应走农业、农村结构调整为主 ,逐步推进工业化、城镇化、城乡协调发展的路子。在结构调整中突出发展特色经济与农产品精深加工

Increasing farmers'' income in underdeveloped areas——An investigation in the east Fujian

According to the analysis of the investigation result in the east Fujian, the difficulties in increasing farmers' income in underdeveloped areas are due to two factors, the external cause is the change of demand and supply of agricultural products and decline of their prices all over the country, and the internal cause is that agricultural and rural structure can not meet the demand of market economy development as well as the lag of urbanization. It is proposed that to increase farmers' income, agricultural and rural structure adjustment should be taken as the center, and industrialization and urbanization should be carried on gradually, so as to realize urban and rural coordinated development. In structural adjustment, development of economy with special features and refined process of agricultural products should be prominent.
