| 摘 要： | 本文围绕我国电力工业发展的历史脉络,运用产业经济学及制度经济学的相关知识,归纳了我国电力产业组织结构演进的五个阶段,从技术和制度两个方面对产业组织结构演进的动因进行了分析,并指出今后电力产业组织结构演进中的推动主体将逐渐由政府变为电力企业;而政府以及交易制度对于电力产业组织结构的演进和电力产业改革的成败都起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper base on the history of electric power industry in china,applying some theory of industrial economics and institutional economics,defined the five steps of the evolvement of power industry structure.Then,from technical causes and institutional causes,analyzed the causation of the evolvement.After the analysis,this paper conclude that for the future,the power enterprises will become more important than the government industry structure;however,the government and the rule(formal or informal)of trade formed during the development of the industry will extremely important for the reform and the structure evolvement of electric power industry. |
