国家公路运输枢纽经济属性及投融资模式探讨

判断国家公路运输枢纽的经济属性以及选择其投融资模式，是在编制国家公路运输枢纽布局规划及相关研究报告时的重要工作环节。文章基于已取得的理论研究成果，结合具体工作时的实践感受，提出并阐释了制定规划中遇到的一些实际问题，最终得出国家公路运输枢纽的经济属性并非一成不变、建设在不同地区的枢纽其经济属性和投融资模式不可一概而论、枢纽的投融资模式带有一定中国特色等结论。

Discussion on the Economic Attribute and Investment and Financing Mode of National Highway Transportation Junction

It is an important work to judge the economic attribute and investment and financing mode of National Highway Transportation Junction when writing the layout and planning of National Highway Transportation Junction and its correlative reports. This paper is based on the theoretic research achievement which has been obtained, combining the practice feeling when doing material work, advancing and explaining some problems we have to be faced with when writing reports. Finally, the author draws these conclusions： 1. The economic attribute of National Highway Transportation Junction is not invariable; 2. If junctions are built in dif- ferent areas, those economic attribute and investment and financing mode are different too ; 3. The investment and financing mode of junction has some Chinese characteristic ; etc.
