居民收入倍增目标探析

胡锦涛同志在党的十八大报告中提出,到2020年,城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番。也就是说,全国居民收入,2020年比2010年增加一倍,即实现居民收入倍增目标。这个目标体现了科学发展观的根本要求,是转变发展方式的需要,是经济发展的根本动力。实现居民收入倍增目标,存在许多困难,必须采取相应对策。

Analysis on the Goal of Doubling Residents’ Income

In his report at the 18th CPC National Congress,President Hu Jintao proposed to double the 2010 per capita income for both urban and rural residents by 2020.To be more specific,the per capita income of both urban and rural residents in 2020 will be twice as much as that in 2010.This goal reflects the basic requirement of the Scientific Outlook on Development.It is also a need for transforming the mode of development and the fundamental driver force for economic development.To achieve the goal of the doubling the residents' income,there will be many difficulties,and corresponding countermeasures should be taken to address those difficulties.
