| 摘 要： | 通过利用王朝力量和民族主义力量,俾斯麦建立了德意志第二帝国。但是,由于俾斯麦的民族观和国家观仍是以封建王朝的专制统治为基础,统一的德意志国家并不是现代意义上的民族国家,仍存在合法性危机和民族问题。

| Abstract: | By utilizing the dynastic and the nationalistic force, Bismark founded the second Deutsches Reich. Because of his viewpoint on nation and state remained on the basis of autocratic rule by feudal dynasty, the unified Deutschland was not a nation-state in its modern sense, and there still existed the crisis of legality and national problems. |
