| 摘 要： | 党内问责制是一项进行内部监督和责任追究的制度。我们要针对当前建立和完善党内问责制面临的困境和问题，通过尽快出台《党内问责条例》、树立权责对等的理念、抓准问责重点、建立科学的问责机制、理清三大关系、营造和谐的党内“问责文化”、切实推进党务公开，为建立和完善党内问责制提供有力保障。
