龙头企业与农民专业合作经济组织的对接是促进龙头企业经营规模化、专业化及推进合作组织进一步发展的需要,二者合作的双赢博弈分析表明两者对接具有可行性。但也面临着利益分配机制缺位、诚信缺失及成本投入等因素的制约。应从建立合理的利益分配机制、加强诚信建设和全方位解决对接成本等方面促进对接。

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN LEADING ENTERPRISES AND COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATIONS OF SPECIALIZED FARMER HOUSEHOLDS

Cooperation between leading enterprises and cooperative economic organizations of specialized farmer households promotes the realization of a scale economy and specialization of the former and favors the further development of the latter. An analysis presented in this paper proves the feasibility of such cooperation. However, the cooperation faces the constraints of lack of benefit assignment mechanism, bad credit environment and cost of investment. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a reasonable benefit assignment mechanism, strengthen good faith construction and solve the problem of investment cost.
