外商直接投资对内资竞争力的影响与区域投资环境--以浙江为例的探讨

外商直接投资从钻石结构的四方面都会对内资的竞争力产生正面和负面影响.决定正面作用强弱的因素,取决于外资的质量及本国经济环境的优劣程度.调查和问卷表明,促进外资增强正面外溢效应的导向性条件是其对企业的控股权、本地理想的配套企业、高级要素供应充分、市场前景良好等;根据定量分析,外资对浙江内资竞争力的影响是正面的.但必须注重不断改善经济环境.作者提出从"以市场换技术"转变为"以优势引技术"的思路,并提出了完善经济环境的若干重点.

The Impact of FDI to Competitiveness of Local Investment and Regional Investment Environment--Taking Zhejiang For Case Study

FDI can have both positive and passive influence to local investment in the four aspects of diamond structure. The factors that decide the positive influence relies on the quality of foreign investment and local economy environment. The survey results demonstrated that the requirements that decide the positive aspects are stake-holding to the companies, proper facilitated corporations, enough supplies of advance factors and promising market prospect. The study shows that FDI has positive influence to the competitiveness of local investment in Zhejiang. However, the economy environment needs to be improves and the author provides some suggestions on this.
