| 摘 要： | 自然状态下人与人之间存在着敌对关系 ,理性的生活要求人们遵循自然法 ,这样的秩序有赖于“利维坦”的权威来保障。国际社会无法产生“利维坦”这样的最高权威 ,因而长期处于无政府的冲突状态 ,每一个国家为求得安全只能求助于对权势的追逐。这一思想构成了近代现实主义国际关系理论的渊源。

| Abstract: | People in these natural state seem to be in a kind of hostility while the sensible life requires that people abide by the law of nature. This sort of order can only be maintained by such supreme authorities as Leviathan. Should no authorities like this exist in the international community,it will be in a state of anarchist conflict. So each and every country can do nothing but pursue power so as to secure social security. The modern realistic international relationship is based on this thought. This paper will discuss "The law of nature" by Thomas Hobbes as well as the theory of international conflict. |
